RAF Terms and Conditions:
Terms and Conditions for the ‘Refer a Friend’ (RAF) scheme run by Aldium Insurance Services Ltd T/As Aldium Insurance.
1. This refer a friend offer is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over (except for employees of the Aldium Insurance, employees of third parties who have contractual agreements in place with Aldium Insurance, and individuals who have contractual agreements in place with Aldium Insurance.
2. The referring party must provide the following information: Their name and email address, and their friend’s name, contact number and email address. If the details cannot be substantiated (i.e. the person cannot be reached) then Aldium Insurance cannot be held accountable.
3. Referring party must have and confirm permission from their friend(s) to provide their contact details (email and phone) to us. Where permission has not been obtained from the friend, Aldium Insurance does not accept responsibility for the actions of the referring party and any referrals made in error.
4. The friend referred must take out a policy with Aldium Insurance within 30 days of the initial referral for the offer to be valid. After this period we cannot guarantee a reward as the customer may be referred again to Aldium Insurance by another party or channel.
5. Referral must be made (and thus received by Aldium) prior to the referred party purchasing an insurance policy and the referral must be reported/referenced to Aldium during or before the policy purchase.
6. Rewards will be dispatched no sooner than 60 days after referred party purchases a policy.
7. In the event of a policy being cancelled within the first 60 days, no reward shall be paid to either party.
8. Both the referring party and the referred party’s policies must still be valid in order for the reward to be paid.
9. Aldium Insurance reserves the right to refuse any reward in the event that debt is owed to Aldium Insurance under either the referring party or referred party’s policy.
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
11. This offer is valid for the introduction of new customers only and you may not refer a friend who is an existing policyholder.
12. No party may, under any circumstances, refer themselves.
13. Aldium Insurance reserves the right to provide substitute rewards of similar value should the specified or chosen reward become unavailable for reasons beyond their control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.
14. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this offer Aldium Insurance reserves the right to end or suspend the offer or amend these terms and conditions.
15. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
16. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
17. The friend referred must take out a qualifying product in order for the referring party to be eligible.
18. Non-qualifying products are excluded (List below)
– Travel Insurance
– Motor Breakdown
– Home Insurance
– Private Motor Insurance
– Legal Expenses
– GAP Insurance
– Temporary or non 12 month policies.
19. Aldium Insurance Services Ltd reserve the right to change the criteria at any time and without notice.
